Healing Broken Hearts
Access to Recovery & Re-defining Care

Unpacking trauma and healing that truly transforms us from the inside out is often what we simply don’t know how to do. Expanding our perception of what heals us and listening within is a great beginning. Somatic work, energy medicine, emotional healing, intentions, brain training, and other tools are explained.

Available as a 30-90 minute keynote or breakout. Can be combined with a 3 hour workshop of tool sharing. The focus can be for Self-care for Survivors, Self-care for Healers/Therapists, and/or Self-care for Friends and Family Supporting a Survivor. It’s about practical tops on how to navigate #metoo in your faith community, social group, healing arts community, or mind-body conference.

What To Do After #metoo
Our Courage, Honesty, & Responsibility

We are in the midst of peeling off a huge band-aid with the #metoo movement. This is a pivotal moment in time. I believe we can rise differently and radically impact long-term outcome. This keynote or breakout is for audiences ready to be challenged.

Available as a 20-90 minute keynote. Can be used to open up a community wide conversation or forum to evaluate resources – existing and needed. This draws on my healing experiences and how it can be applied to you – survivor or community member.

The Other F Word: Forgiveness
How Forgiveness Liberates

Each of us has something that immediately comes to mind when The Other F Word is brought up. What is your story surrounding un-forgiveness? We all have one, or more! The freedom on the other side is quite juicy and makes this process incredibly worthwhile. I share from my personal experiences and help you begin your journey.

Based on the soon to be released book and workbook “The Other F Word, My Handbook on Forgiveness.” Workshop includes a guided visualization. Available in a 1-2 hour or half-day format. For faith communities, personal development groups, book clubs, and survivors ready to contemplate forgiveness.

Each of these topics can include relevant portions of my personal story in broad form. I focus on the healing and do not share details of my abuse and trauma – that rarely serves the listener.

Additional topics that can be covered as a breakout session are:

*My Voice in the #metoo Movement
*Self-Care & Resiliency
*Trauma Tapping Technique
*Self-Acceptance & Love
*Mindfulness in Trauma
*Healing from Repressed Memories
*Mind-Body-Heart Practices for Self-Love

Trauma Tapping Technique can be incorporated into any of these topics and taught to groups with an additional 20-60 minutes. Longer workshops simply mean more practice for the participants, we can easily do a three hour workshop.
